Jeff was terrific!!! After getting a $2400 estimate from Ben Franklin Plumbing-$300 upcharge on warranty replacement and $2,100 installation, Jeff Boevaag installed it for $475, which included an $85 upcharge from Bradford-White due to state law requiring a double wall insulated heater. Mine was a combi-domestic hot water and radiant floor heat devise and required a lot of pipe rerouting as the inlets and outlets were all different on the new heater. have already recommended Boevaag to numerous condo residents.

WOW! I couldn't believe how fast Boevaag responded to my request for a service repair! They literally called within minutes of my email request and had someone come out within a few hours. This wasn't even an emergency situation. The gentleman that came to our home was very courteous and friendly. He spotted the problem within minutes and came back, as promised, the next morning with the replacement part. We have never had such a good experience with a plumber. Thank you Boevaag Plumbing! We would definitely recommend this company, and will use them again if necessary!

My project turned out to be a minor repair. The service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to identify and fix the problem very quickly. I would recommend this contractor and would absolutely use them again. |
